We offer two model of PE/PP film pelletizing/granulating machine: One is SJ series pelletizing/granulating machine (with force feeder); Another type is ZL series of compactor-pelletizing/granulating machine (with agglomerator);

Main components of ZL series of Single-Stage/ Double stage Compactor Granulator Unit(With agglomerator) pelletizing line machine;
KE series single stage compactor granulator consist the following components: Belt conveyor(with metal detector) agglomerator(compactor) Main extruder (with vacuum degassing system) hydraulic screw changerwater ring cutting systemdewatering machine, air blowing systemstorage hoppercontrol cabinet.
(Note, our ZL series Single-Stage Compactor granulator with two cutting method, one type is water-ring cutting method; Another is pull strip cutting method)

Main features of our SJ series Single-Stage/ Double stage granulating machine/pelletizing line:

The customer can select a suitable machine among double segment style, three-segment style, and four-segment style according to production requirement.
The special design can assure the good compounding effect and more solid pellet. This kind of production line is especially suitable for recycling dirty waste and production of repelletizing.
Gear box: High-torque design; Low noise; Smooth running
Special barrel design can assure better compounding effect so as to improve the problem of black point and chromatism
Equipped with a force feeder and hydraulic screen changers according to material's special character, it can get a better capacity and save more power.
Vacuum or common gas exhaust system, which fascinates getting rid of damp, waste gas, impurity, and ensure a more stable extrusion and more solid pellets.

Application of PE/PP film single stage/ double stage granulating machine/pelletizing line;
Applicable plastic materials: PP, LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, BOPP, etc.
Material shape: Woven bags, printed LDPE film (rolls, loose, bundled), agriculture film, foamed plastics and raffia, etc.
Note: Depending on material property, various downstream equipment are available.
